About Carwarden: Introduction

Welcome to the Carwarden House Community School web site - Head teacher Mr J O'Brien.

Carwarden House is set in a tranquil wooded 21 acres close to the main town of Camberley in Surrey.
The school, which caters for students from 11 - 16 was deemed by OFSTED in June 2010 to be Outstanding.

It continues to pioneer Outreach work, providing opportunities for staff and pupils to share ideas and expertise with mainstream colleagues and peers from within the local area. Excellent relationships have been developed within the local community, by whom the school is highly regarded. The school is part of SHAPE - Surrey Heath Area Partnership in Education. Staff from the main school and the 16 - 19 provision work closely together in order to provide a high level of expertise and opportunity for all students at Carwarden House Community School.
