Community: Work experience

Year 11 pupils complete two, two week work experiences - one in November and one in June.

Older pupils in Key Stage 3 and all Key Stage 4 have the opportunity to attend a careers evening with their parents where they are able to meet staff from the local colleges.

As part of their careers education, year ten students spend a week "work sampling".
They visit two manufacturers, a service industry, a retail outlet and a leisure facility.
