Homeworking: Introduction
75% of pupils in the school are actively involved in Homeworking. The school has developed a range of materials to support numeracy, literacy and Personal, Social and Health Education that are completed at home, with the direct support of the parents.
Parents attend 'training' to introduce the materials and a home / school telephone link is established.
The school employs a member of staff to moniter, mark and set homework. This member of staff also provides parental support. |
