Technical Information

Virtualneg is a web based system, which means that you do not require expensive servers or IT equipment. All that is required to use Virtualneg is a PC with an internet connection.

System Setup

Virtualneg can be configured for your estate agency within a matter of weeks. We will provide you with details of information that we require and guide you through the entire process.

If you have special requirements, such as data migration, we can take sample data and find a solution to incorporate it.

Software Support

On-line Help desk - this is built into our software and allows us to respond swiftly to any technical queries you may have. In addition it allows us to monitor the queries and ensure that they are resolved. The help desk also incorporates our knowledge base system.

Telephone support - For more pressing issues our staff are ready to help.

Data Storage and Backups

Virtualneg runs on servers situated in the London Docklands - Telehouse. The servers are housed in racks and have dual disk backup reducing the risk of redundancy.

Firewalls and other high security measures are used to ensure the security and integrity of the data.

Data is backed up daily and copied to an off site location providing yet another level of security.

Technical Requirements

Internet connection (minimum):
512Kbps Broadband, ADSL or Cable Modem

PC - Windows XP:
Minimum 256MB RAM, 500Mhz PIII, 10GB HD. We recommend 1Gb Ram with WIndows XP.

PC - Windows Vista:
Minimum 512GB RAM, 800Mhz processor, DirectX 9 graphics card, DVD ROM Drive.
